Obama’s Arizona Assault: A Lover of Lawlessness

America, we have a President who loves lawlessness. Barack Obama has implemented an outright assault on not only the people in my state of Arizona but on every single American. Barack Obama has hit an all new low while the blood pressure of the American people has hit an all time high. 
In the past two weeks Barack Obama has once again enabled criminals and de-victimized the victims. All this was displayed as he issued executive privilege to hide what is obviously a paper trail that will prove this administration has blood on their hands in the death of Marine/Border agent Brian Terry. He quenched his political thirst by giving blatant amnesty to nearly one million illegal immigrants. Not only did he bypass Congress but he defiantly bypassed immigrants who are respectful of America’s immigration laws and are awaiting legal citizenship. He vehemently repudiated Arizona three hours after the United States Supreme Court upheld the most important provision within SB1070 as he called on the Department of Homeland Security to rescind 287-g. Furthermore he has set up a hotline for illegals to report police officers in Arizona who are enforcing the law to protect our state’s citizens.

This is personal. We have a serious problem here in Arizona. It may be difficult for non-border states to comprehend but it is a very real and dangerous problem.Barack Obama has yet to visit the border but he did send us some signs to put up that basically say “cuidado.” We don’t need warning signs Mr. President, we need a fence. We need technology. We need boots on the ground. We are already deep within the trenches of a battle; a battle that is being propelled by an administration who is enabling the perpetrators. Protecting America’s borders is not a political issue but Obama continues to defiantly and purposefully obstruct Governor Brewer in her efforts to protect the people of Arizona.
Many argue that the biggest threat we face today is from an enemy outside our borders. I have extensively studied about radical Islam. I have spoken with a former PLO terrorist who explained to me the intricacies of Islam’s intention to quietly infiltrate America, to spread their ideology and their eschatological beliefs. It is a real threat and it serves as another reason why we must secure our border now. However, we already have a serious threat that has infiltrated America. His name is Barack Obama and his dangerous agenda is spreading. He is the enemy within our borders that could pave the way for America’s demise little by little.

If you truly believe Barack Obama will oblige to any aspect of America’s foundation you have entirely miscalculated Obama’s intentions. In three short years he has abused and unleashed every bit of his political ammo at his target; the United States Constitution. Four more years of Barack Obama means our generation is the last to know this country for the exceptional nation that it is. If Barack Obama is given four more years to completely eradicate the core of this America, he will do it. And this means, he has only just begun his fight and his arsenal is fully loaded to get the job done.
Lawlessness is spreading throughout this nation. I am not talking about laws like stop signs and speed limits or whether or not you can purchase a Big Gulp. I am talking about foundational laws that are in place to ensure the security and safety of a nation’s people. Laws that tip the scales of justice and morality in the right direction. When these foundational laws or principles are not upheld or respected, we will catapult into further problems which allow this lawlessness to fester, grow and spread. Which side of the scale will you uphold?

Border Agent Diaz Conviction: The Governments’ Injustice Addiction

I don’t think we’re in America anymore Toto. Every single day I wake up, I feel as if I’m the prisoner and the Government is my Judge. One person knows exactly how that feels and that is border agent Jesus Diaz who was just sentenced to two years in prison. His crime: lifting the arms of a fifteen year old drug smuggler while in hand cuffs thus “violating his civil rights.” Are you kidding me? It would have hurt more if the little smuggler had dropped the 75 pound bushel of weed on his toe! Now Diaz is facing two years in prison for making the smuggler touch some sky.
Two oversight agencies deemed Diaz innocent of any wrongdoing. However, the Mexican government filed a complaint against Diaz and the justice department did a hat dance around their request and complied with the Mexican government. To add insult to injury, no pun intended, Diaz wasn’t even granted bail while he awaited sentencing. Diaz received more jail time than the sex loons on MSNBC’s “How to catch a predator” (that’s the only time I watch MSNBC by the way.) However the drug smuggler was granted immunity so he could testify against Diaz. Ironically enough, the smuggler even admitted the reason his shoulders hurt was due to the load of drugs he was lugging around on his back. Guess they struck that one from the record!
Can you imagine an American going into another nation with a seventy-five pound carry on of weed and the arresting officer ends up going to jail? Remember the Brooks & Dunn song ‘’Only in America” that signified the great uniqueness of America? Now I find myself using that term in a way I never thought I would. I never thought I would see the day in America where the rancher gets in trouble for protecting his land upon drug cartel invasions. The homeowner now goes to jail for shooting the intruder and the border agent goes to jail for protecting America’s sovereignty. Maybe I can click my heels three times and go back to the days when the innocent weren’t treated like criminals. Unfortunately, the erosion of justice is only going to continue washing away our sovereignty unless we quit sitting on our thoughts and start acting on them. Oh and it would really help if America elected pro-American officials to office instead of those who persecute their own citizens.
Of course we know the Obama administration will do nothing to get Diaz out of a jail because after all it’s the Obama administration that is arming the drug cartels. Eric Holder continues to deny documentation of the Fast and Furious program which led to the killing of border agent Brian Terry.

Holder instead is now suing Alabama for their immigration law alongside his lawsuit against Arizona for trying to protect their state. This administration is hell bent on prosecuting American citizens and protecting illegal intruders. Obama will probably give this little mini smuggler a Purple Heart for having such unjust pain inflicted upon him. Why wouldn’t he? He sides with everyone BUT the American people. He has sent our troops into nations unconstitutionally to supposedly root out dictators but does everything possible to purposefully avoid killing the dictators. We are now sending our troops on humanitarian/mission trips to dangerous places like Uganda. Does anyone remember Somalia…? Anyone? Anyone? We know how that turned out. The only people Obama gives Constitutional rights to are non-Americans. If I was a guy I would have to shave my head to refrain from pulling my hair out.
Speaking of fast and furious, Americans should be furious, not only about Diaz’s conviction but his sentencing. Our government is siding with the criminals rather than American citizens. If the government can unjustly put a man away for doing his job, there is no limit to what they can do to you. It would be like Obama granting immunity to Hitler and the Nazi’s while filing charges against the Jews. The only government official verbalizing their anger over this injustice is Presidential candidate Michele Bachmann. Hopefully Americans will express their frustrations and Obama might get a clue. I highly doubt it though, unless Obama uses Jesus Diaz as a life line to re-gain the Hispanic vote that is slipping away from him. Unfortunately, ‘’justice for all’’ in Obama Land means justice for all ‘’non US citizens.”
